1. No Refund or Cancellation on Donations
   Donations made through the online payment gateway are final. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstances.

2. No Cash Refunds
   Sevalaya Charitable Trust does not offer cash refunds for any donations. All funds received are used directly to support our community development programs.

3. In-Kind Donations
   If in-kind donations (goods or materials) are received, these will be distributed to the poorest and most vulnerable communities.

4. Use of Donations
   All donations received will be used for the intended cause, such as community development, children’s education, or women’s empowerment. Once a donation is made, it is dedicated to the specific cause and cannot be returned or redirected.
